Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola I prefer homemade
  • ½ large orange peeled, sliced, and cut into segments
  • 5.3 oz container greek yogurt unflavored
  • ¼ teaspoon orange zest
  • teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Open the yogurt container. Add orange zest, vanilla, and maple syrup to the yogurt. Mix to combine.
  • To create the parfaits, start with a segment of orange in the bottom of each of the two parfait glasses.
  • Add ⅓ of the flavored yogurt to cover the orange segments. Add a layer of orange slices, ¼ cup of granola, and another ⅓ of the yogurt.  Repeat this layering one more time, oranges, yogurt, and then granola.
  • Finish the parfaits off with a dollop of yogurt, a pretty segment of orange, and a sprinkle of orange zest!
